Ristorante e Country house è un casale medievale considerato dalla regione Umbria patrimonio rurale del territorio. In un'atmosfera accogliente e serena la Famiglia Rodella riceve i propri ospiti nell'antico edificio e nell'elegante sala ristorante dove travi a vista ed ampie arcate in pietra infondono suggestive emozioni. Il terrazzo estivo, ideale per cerimonie, pranzi o cene a lume di candela e l'ampio giardino ricco di fiori e profumi fanno da cornice alla panoramica piscina che domina l'ampia vallata del fiume Tevere. La country house dispone di due suite soppalcate con ingresso indipendente sul giardino e di sette camere arredate con un'attenta cura dei particolari. La suite a differenza delle altre camere è più spaziosa ed ha nell'ambito della stessa stanza il letto matrimoniale sopra un grande soppalco in legno e al piano inferiore un salottino con divano letto, il bagno e un'uscita indipendente sul giardino. Ogni camera dispone di aria condizionata, frigobar, TV, connessione Wi-Fi, cassaforte e bagno con asciugacapelli. Nel ristorante la proposta gastronomica degli Chef (gemelli) Stefano e Andrea Rodella, parte da prodotti tradizionali ma si caratterizza e valorizza per creatività e fantasia, tanto da meritare la segnalazione sulle guide Gambero Rosso e Michelin. L’Antico Forziere, a restaurant and Country House Hotel, is a medieval farmhouse regarded locally as an important piece of rural history. It is situated in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, near Deruta and very close to Assisi, Perugia, Todi and Spoleto. In their warm manner the Rodella family welcome guests into this ancient building where huge beams, brick arches and wonderful views all lend a special atmosphere. The Country House has two suites, each with its own entrance onto the garden, and seven rooms furnished with care so that comfort and tradition blend perfectly. Each room has a private bathroom with hair-dryer, minibar, safe, TV, telephone and air conditioning. The restaurant offers a blend of traditional and creative cooking resulting in mouth-watering dishes that complement perfectly the atmospheric dining room or the summer terrace for lunch or for dinner by candlelight. Restaurant is signaled in the Gambero Rosso and Michelin guides. The garden with its flowers and scents and the picturesque swimming pool overlook the wide Tiber River valley. L’Antico Forziere is situated in Casalina near Deruta, the town world-famous for ceramic art, and between Perugia and Todi. Dans le coeur vert de l'Ombrie Deruta, une ville reconnue mondialement pour son art de la poterie, à quelques pas de Assise, Pérouse, Todi et Spoleto est "L'Antico Forziere." Restaurant et Country House est une ferme médiévale région de l'Ombrie couvert par le patrimoine rural de la région. Dans une famille chaleureuse et sereine Rodella reçoit les invités dans le bâtiment et l'élégante salle à manger où les poutres en bois et des arches en pierre de grandes émotions prêter suggestive. La terrasse d'été, idéal pour les réceptions, déjeuners et dîners aux chandelles et un grand jardin plein de fleurs et de parfums cadre de la piscine panoramique avec vue sur la large vallée du Tibre. La maison de campagne a deux suites loft avec entrée privée sur le jardin et sept chambres décorées avec une attention particulière aux détails. Restaurant und Country House ist ein mittelalterliches Bauernhaus Region Umbrien von der ländlichen Erbes der Region abgedeckt. In einer gemütlichen und ruhigen Rodella Familie erhält die Gäste in das Gebäude und die eleganten Speisesaal, wo Holz und Balken großen Steinbögen verleihen suggestive Emotionen. Die Sommerterrasse, ideal für Empfänge, Mittag-und Abendessen bei Kerzenschein und einem großen Garten voller Blumen und Düfte Rahmen der Panorama-Schwimmbad mit Blick auf das weite Tal des Flusses Tiber. Das Landhaus verfügt über zwei Loft-Suiten mit eigenem Eingang zum Garten und sieben Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert.
