L’Hotel Capo Sud è stato costruito nel suo nucleo iniziale nel 1955 dalla famiglia Di Puccio che lo gestisce ancora oggi.Da allora si è ingrandito ed è stato ristrutturato più volte,ma mai è cambiata l’accoglienza che si vuole riservata ed amichevole. L'albergo ha quaranta camere situate in piccole villette disposte nel grande giardino di 10.000 mq che arriva fino sulla nostra spiaggia.Queste casette si chiamano: la Palma, l'Eucaliptus, il Sole, l'Aleatico, la Luna,ii Pini, le Mimose, l'Usignolo, il Pittosforo, il Riccio e la Salvia Marina;il loro nome ci è stato suggerito dalle loro particolari posizioni nel verde della macchia mediterranea in cui è immerso l'albergo. Nel corpo centrale dell'albergo è il ristorante principale: la nostra cucina offre piatti genuini con la possibilità di scegliere ogni giorno specialità marinare.Una delle caratteristiche più apprezzate dai nostri Ospiti è la vicinanza al mare. Dalla terrazza dove viene servita la prima colazione,vicino al laghetto delle ninfee, partono i tre vialetti che conducono alla spiaggia.Lungo il percorso si incontrano le villette che ospitano la maggior parte delle nostre camere, tutte immerse nel verde e ciascuna con il proprio balconcino o dehors. Ancora pochi passi e si raggiunge uno dei posti più belli dell'albergo: la scenografica piscina che si affaccia proprio sul mare. Nei pressi della piscina ci sono il bar ed un simpatico ristorantino all'aperto in funzione da metà giugno. Qui, a pranzo, si mangia alla carta o un pasto completo ad un prezzo conveniente. Ed ecco la nostra spiaggia: una delle più tranquille di tutta l'Elba anche nei mesi in cui l'isola è più affollata.La spiaggia è riservata ai nostri Ospiti.Adulti e bambini possono rilassarsi e nuotare con sicurezza in piscina e in mare sotto la vigilanza dei nostri bagnini.La spiaggia privata con ombrelloni, sdraio e lettini è gratuita per i nostri Ospiti. L'albergo dispone di un campo da tennis in erba sintetica dove è possibile giocare gratuitamente.Ad uso gratuito degli Ospiti abbiamo anche un campo da bocce. Il nostro albergo ha una particolare convenzione con la compagnia di navigazione Blu Navy per offrire il biglietto del traghetto a prezzi molto interessanti!

The initial block of Hotel Capo Sud *** was built in 1955 by the Di Puccio family which still runs the hotel today. Since then the hotel has been enlarged and regularly restructured, but its discreet and friendly welcome has not changed.The hotel has fourty rooms in small cottages located in the large (10000 sqm) garden reaching our beach.These cottages are named Palm, Eucalyptus,Sun, Aleatico, Moon, Pinetree, Mimosa, Nightingale, Butterbush, Sea Urchin and Sage; their names were suggested to us by their peculiar position within the green mediterranean vegetation which surrounds the hotel.In the hotel's central building is the main restaurant: our kitchen prepares wholesome dishes and you may choose every day sea specialties.Our guests particularly appreciate the hotel's proximity to the sea. The three paths leading to the beach start from the terrace where breakfast is served, near the waterlilys pond.The small cottages with most of our rooms, all with a small balcony, are located in the vegetation near the paths leading to the beach.A few steps and you will reach one of the hotel's most beautiful places, the scenographic swimming pool facing the sea. Near the swimming pool are a bar and a small nice open-air restaurant which is active since mid June. Here, at lunch, you may eat a-la-carte or have a complete lunch at a good price.This is our beach: one of the most peaceful of Elba even during the summer months when the island is more crowded. The hotel's private beach with the beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds in the sand area is reserved to our clients and free of charge.. Adults and children can relax and swim safely in the swimming pool and in the sea under the surveillance of the lifeguards.The hotel has a synthetic lawn tennis court where you can play free of charge.Our guests can use without additional costs our bowl court. L'Hotel Capo Sud a été construit dans un son noyau d'origine en 1955 par la famille Di Puccio que le gere encore aujourd'hui.Depuis sa création il a été agrandi et restructuré à plusieurs reprises mais l'accueil - qui se veut réservé et amical - est resté toujours le même.L'Hotel a quarante chambres situées dans des villas indépendantes situées dans le grand jardin de 10.000 mq qui arrive jusqu'à notre plage.Les villas s'appellent: "Palma, Eucaliptus, Sole, Aleatico, Luna, Pini, Mimose, Usignolo, Pitosforo, Riccio et Salvia Marina";le nom nous a été suggéré par la position particulière de chaque villa qui est placée au milieu du maquis méditerranéen.Le restaurant est situé dans le bâtiment central de l'hôtel: notre cuisine offre des plats préparés avec des produits naturels, avec un large choix quotidien de spécialités de la mer.La proximité de la mer est l'une des caractéristiques la plus appréciée de nos hôtes.Trois allées conduisent à la plage depuis la terrasse où est servi le petit déjeuner.Le long du parcours on rencontre les villas dans lesquelles se trouvent nos chambres, situées toutes dans la verdure et chacune avec un balcon ou une terrasse.Encore quelques pas et il on rejoint l'un des endroits les plus beaux de l'hôtel: la piscine panoramique ouverte sur la mer. Près de la piscine se trouvent le bar et un agréable restaurant en plein air fonctionnant à partir de la mi-juin. Ici on peut déjeuner à la carte ou consommer un menu à un prix raisonnable.Et voici notre plage: une des plus calmes de l'Ile d'Elbe même en été.Elle est réservée à nos Clients qui peuvent utiliser gratuitement parasols,chaise-longues et lits placés dans la partie sableuse.Adultes et enfants peuvent s'amuser et nager en toute sécurité soit dans la piscine soit en mer sous la sourveillance de nos maîtres nageurs.L'hôtel dispose d'un court de tennis avec pelouse synthétique à usage gratuit pour nos Clients. Un terrain de pétanque est mis gratuitement à la disposition de nos Clients. Das Hotel Capo Sud *** wurde im Jahre 1955 von der Familie Di Puccio gebaut und noch heute wird es von derselben Familie geführt. Seitdem hat es sich vergrössert und wurde regelmäßig umgebaut, es hat jedoch immer seine freundliche und bescheidene Atmosphäre bewahrt. In einem Park von 10.000 qm. Größe, der bis unseren Strand erreicht, sind die 40 Zimmer des Hotels auf Häuschen verteilt.Die Anlage liegt wunderbar.Die einzelnen Häuschen heißen: la Palma, l'Eucalyptus, il Sole, l'Aleatico, la Luna, i Pini, le Mimose, l'Usignolo, il Pittosforo, il Riccio und la Salvia Marina.Die Namen haben sie aus ihrer Stellung im Grünen der üppigen Mittelmeermacchia erhalten.Das Restaurant befindet sich im Hauptgebäude.Sie werden von einer abwechslungsreichen mediterranen Küche verwöhnt.Salate, Gemüse und Fisch finden sie täglich auf der Speisekarte.Das Hotel ist wegen seiner Nähe zum Meer sehr beliebt. Neben dem Teich mit Seerosen und Goldfischen wird auf einer Terrasse das Frühstück serviert und von hier aus führen drei Wege zum Strand.Auf diesen Wegen befinden sich die ins Grüne eingebetteten Häuschen,in denen sich die meisten Zimmer des Hotels befinden.Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon oder einen Vorplatz.Nach ein paar Schritten erreicht man einen der schönsten Plätze des Hotels: den unmittelbar am Meer gelegenen Süsswasser-Schwimmingpool. Da befinden sich auch eine Bar und ein kleines Gartenrestaurant,das ab Mitte Juni geöffnet ist.Hier gibt es erfrischende Menus "à la Carte" zu günstigen Preisen. Uunser Strand ist einer der ruhigsten Strände der Insel Elba,auch während der hochsaison.Der Privatstrand mit Sonnenschirmen, Liegestühlen und Liegen ist für unsere Gäste reserviert und immer im Preis inbegriffen.Erwachsene und Kinder können sich hier erholen und im Meer oder im Schwimmingpool ein Bad nehmen.
