Case Perrotta è un Agriturismo i cui edifici nascono come convento di Benedettini, tra il 1500 e il 1600. L’attività Agricola oggi è costituita prevalentemente da un Uliveto, un ciliegieto, un frutteto misto, un noceto e dalla coltivazione di ortaggi. L’antica casa padronale oggi ospita 10 comode camere per un totale di 25 posti letto. Ognuna è arredata in stile offrendo ogni comfort. La posizione tranquilla e centrale facilita gli spostamenti ed in una tappa di 3 – 4 giorni, si possono visitare le ricchezze naturali, archeologiche e culturali che offre la Sicilia dell’Est. Per tale ragione vi proponiamo vantaggiosi pacchetti che comprendono l’organizzazione, in loco o preventiva, di escursioni in tutto il territorio circostante. Tali escursioni vengono organizzate secondo i vostri desideri e curiosità. L’abbondante prima colazione è tipicamente locale con la possibilità di richiedere variazioni. La nostra cucina vi offrirà le specialità gastronomiche della Sicilia, con particolare attenzione a quelle dell’area dell’Etna. Utilizziamo, quando è possibile, i prodotti della nostra stessa azienda. La formula dei nostri menu è a “tutto compreso” e offre un'ampia varietà di antipasti caldi e freddi, un assaggio di due / tre primi, una grigliata mista o altri secondi di carne accompagnati da contorni caldi e freddi, dolci e vino in bottiglia. Case Perrotta was born as a monastery of Benedictine monks between 1500 and 1600. In the second half of the ‘800 the land was entirely converted into vineyard and the buildings were suited to the productive and living needs. After a process of thorough restoration shifted the farm activities from winemaking to olive production for oil-making, fruit growing and tourism, known as AGRITURISMO (agriculture plus tourism). The peculiar architecture of the estate complex, with its unusual shapes, the stateliness of Etna, the blue line of the sea, give this place a special charm and a suggestive atmosphere. The main farm work concentrates on an Olive grove and an orchard of cherries, walnuts and various fruits. Furthermore there are grown vegetables. Today the ancient manor has 10 comfortable rooms, which sleep 25. Each room is furnished in country style and it offers any comforts. The farm holiday is located in a quiet and central position, from where you can easily visit the area around it. In 3 - 4 days you may see all the natural, archaeological and cultural beauties of eastern Sicily. For this reason we propose convenient offers which include tours in the surrounding area. These excursions can be organised before your arrival or during your stay. The visits are planned according to your wishes and curiosities. We organize gastronomic tours, wine or oil tasting, climbs on the Etna and so on. The abundant breakfast is very traditional, but variations may be agreed. The farmhouse kitchen offers you the best culinary Sicilian specialities, in particular those which belong to the Etna region. When it is possible, we only use ingredients which come from our farm or have Sicilian origins. We propose an all inclusive set price menu which consists of appetizers, first courses, meat or vegetables, hot and cold side dishes, desserts and bottled wine.

Le gîte rural Perrotta se situe dans un contexte architectural atypique en étant un petit bourg par rapport aux traditionnelles installations rurales du lieu. Le terrain agricole des « Case Perrotta » s’étale sur 13 hectares sur le versant Est de l’Etna, cultivé selon la méthode biologique. L’ancienne propriété, noyau du couvent et le vieux pressoir (pièce destinée au pressage du raisin), aujourd’hui possèdent dix chambres confortables avec salle de bain pour un total de 25 lits. La formule comprend un petit déjeuner varié et savoureux. Il est possible de déjeuner, aux horaires d’ouverture du restaurant, à des prix préférentiels. L’originale cuisine de Case Perrotta, est l’exaltation de délicieux plats locaux et d’anciennes recettes désormais oubliées.Case Perrotta vous propose un menu de base qui comprend une grande variété d’entrés chaudes et froides, une dégustation de trois/quatre premiers plats, viandes grillées mixtes ou d’autres seconds plats avec accompagnements chauds ou froids. Desserts, rosolio et vin. Le gîte rural Case Perrotta propose aux visiteurs la possibilité d’acheter, selon les saisons, les fruits bio cultivés dans ses propres terrains et les produits dérivés : huile, confitures, conserves, légumes sous huile.

Der Betrieb Perrotta befindet sich, im Vergleich zu den traditionellen landwirtschaftlichen Gebäuden der Gegend, in einer ungewöhnlichen architektonischen Umgebung, innerhalb eines kleines Dorfs. Die Felder der Häuser Perrotta dehnen sich auf 13 Hektar am Hang des Ätnas aus und werden mit biologischer Methode bestellt. In dem ehemaligem Herrenhaus, einst Konvent, und dem ehemaligem Weinpresshaus (in Vergangenheit zum pressen der Trauben benutzt) wurden zehn komfortable Zimmer mit Bad, mit insgesamt 25 Betten eingerichtet. Die Formel beinhaltet auch ein vielfältiges und schmackhaftes Frühstück. Auf Wunsch kann man auch während der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurant, zu einem speziellem Preis, essen. Die mediterrane Gastronomietradition findet bei uns die repräsentativste Realisierung. Case Perrotta bietet ein Basismenü aus einer Vielzahl von kalten und warmen Vorspeisen, die Verkostung von drei/vier ersten Gerichten, einen gemischten Grillteller oder andere Hauptgerichte begleitet von kalten oder warmen Nebengerichten, Süßspeisen, Wein, Liköre.
