L’azienda agrituristica Spridda prende il nome dalla località in cui sorge, distante solo 5 chilometri dalla cittadina di Arzachena, comune della Costa Smeralda, e solo 30/35 chilometri dal porto e dall’aeroporto di Olbia, si raggiunge percorrendo (l’orientale sarda) la S.S. 125 Olbia - Palau. L’azienda è completamente immersa nel verde della campagna gallurese, dalla tipica macchia mediterranea, dove protagonisti sono il mirto ed il ginepro. L’agriturismo Spridda – aperto tutto l’anno - trae origine dall’attività di allevamento e dall’agricoltura, che oggi svolge, nella prospettiva di offrire agli ospiti la possibilità di assaporare e scoprire i piatti tipici e genuini della zona tra cui: formaggi, salumi, vini oltre alle pregiate carni. I fratelli Muzzu, i proprietari, hanno realizzato da un paio d’anni il loro sogno: riportare alla vita quella vecchia dimora per farla conoscere anche alle persone provenienti da paesi lontani. L’antico stazzo risalente all’800 totalmente ristrutturato, era nel passato la casa del pastore, è ricordato dalle persone della zona come il luogo dove si sono svolte tante feste e balli al calore del centenario camino, interamente in granito, e dal caratteristico tetto in legno di ginepro, di cui potrete goderne la vista durante la ricca colazione a buffet nella zona pranzo. A pochi metri si trova la nuova struttura interamente in granito e legno che accoglie le camere, che si affacciano ad un invitante prato verde, che insieme all’antica dimora, unisce e separa, creando nell’insieme un suggestivo angolo immerso nelle verdi colline della Gallura. L’ospite viene accolto come se fosse in famiglia durane il giorno, mentre la notte potrà compiacersi nelle adiacenti camere da letto dall’atmosfera calda dove i sensi potranno perdersi nel profumo e nelle sinuosità del ginepro. Le ampie camere, arredate per ricordare l’antico spirito dello stazzo gallurese con mobilio all’antica, rispondono alle moderne esigenze dell’ospite. Sono tutte con entrata indipendente, fornite di bagno privato, aria condizionata, Tv color, mini frigorifero, biancheria bagno/letto e possono offrire ospitalità a 2/4 persone. Nelle vicinanze è possibile scoprire gli affascinanti siti archeologici, una delle aziende vinicole più rinomate della Sardegna, di cui si può ammirare qualche scorcio con una piccola passeggiata, ma a pochi chilometri, per gli amanti del mare, ecco la Costa Smeralda ricca di baie, insenature e spiagge, dal limpido e dal caratteristico color smeraldo che ha reso questa zona rinomata in tutto il mondo anche per il suo clima mite e temperato anche d'inverno.

Spridda agritouristic farm gets its name from the place where is located, just a few miles away from Olbia port and airport: it can be reached by travelling on the 125 State Road Olbia – Palau (East Sardinia State Road). The farm is completely plunged into the green of Gallura countryside, rich in myrtle and juniper. Spridda agritouristic farm, open all the year round, has its origins in the activity of breeding and growing, activities that nowadays are carried out with the aim of offering to its guests the possibility to savour and discover the typical and genuine local food, that is to say cheeses, sausages, wines and choice meats. Since a couple of years Muzzu brothers, the owners, have realized their dream: to give that old building a new life, in order to give also people from far away the chance to know it. The ancient “stazzo” (farmhouse) dating back from 1800 has been totally renovated and in the past used to be the house of the shepherd; in the mind of local people it is a spot where a lot of parties and dances took place in the heat of the hundred year old granite fireplace. You will enjoy the characteristic juniper wood roof while having your rich buffet breakfast; a few meters away it is located the new structure, in wood and granite, which contains the rooms, all of them facing a cosy green lawn, uniting and together separating from the ancient building and thus creating a lovely spot plunged into Gallura green hills. Our guests are welcomed just like in a family during the day, while during the night they will be able to fully enjoy the warm atmosphere of the bedrooms, where one can abandon to juniper perfume and richness. The spacious rooms, furnished with old-style pieces to remind of the spirit of the ancient “stazzo” of Gallura, fully comply with guest’s modern requirements. All of them have an independent entrance and are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV color set, mini fridge, bath and bed linen and can accommodate 2-4 people. In the neighbourhood it is possible to discover the fascinating archaeological sites and one of the most renowned wine factory of Sardinia but, for sea lovers, a few miles away there is Costa Smeralda , rich of bays, sounds and shores and with the waters characterised by the typical and bright emerald colour, which made this area renowned all over the world also because of its mild climate even in wintertime.

La ferme de Tourisme Campagnard Spridda, prend le nom de la localité sur laquelle elle est surgie, à quelques kilomètres de distance seulement du Port d’Olbia et de son Aéroport, prenant la route Orientale Sarde (la S.S. 125 Olbia-Palau). Notre ferme est toute entourée par la campagne typique de la Région Gallura et immergée dans sa faune et flore méditerranéenne dont le Myrte et le Genévrier sont souverains. Notre Entreprise Agricole Spridda est ouverte toute l’année et s’active dans la production agricole et l’élevage aux bénéfice de nos hôtes qui peuvent découvrir les plats traditionnels, ainsi que les produits du terroir, voire le fromages, jambons, saucisses, huile et vins d’haute qualité; un parcours de saveurs authentiques à déguster. Les propriétaires, frères Muzzu, ont réalisé, il ya deux ans, le rêve de faire revivre cette ancienne demeure du 19ème siècle, au profit du voyageur de tous pays, proches et lointains. L’ancien « Stazzu » vieux de plus de deux-cent ans, totalement renouvelé, fut la maison du berger et les personnes âgées de la zone se souviennent de cet endroit comme lieu de fêtes, danses et chants à la chaleur de la cheminée ultra centenaire et toute en granit, ainsi que le bois de Genévrier qui soutient le plafond caractéristique, dans la zone du buffet, on peut l’admirer tout en savourant un copieux petit déjeuner. A’ quelques mètres de là, se trouve la nouvelle structure, conçue dans le même style bois-granit, composée de chambres donnant sur un pré invitant et avec l’ancienne maison, se crée un espace d’union-séparation tout en relation avec les vertes collines de la Gallura qui l’entoure. L’hôte vient accueillit comme membre de la famille et pourra comme chez lui, se sentir à l’aise dans une chambre spacieuse conçue pour 2/4 personnes, décorée par les formes sinueuses des Genévriers parfumés, meublée à l’ancienne, en accord avec l’esprit de l’ancien « Stazzu ». L’entrée est privée ainsi que la salle de bain, air conditionné, tv, frigo bar, blanchisserie bain/lit. Visiter de fascinants sites archéologiques, une des maisons vinicoles plus renommée de la Sardaigne que l’on peut rejoindre en promenade traversant la colline et à quelques kilomètres, s’offre aux amants de la mer, la Costa Smeralda contournée de ses plus belles plages et baies turquoises et limpides, d’où prend le nom de la couleur émeraude, renommée aussi dans le monde entier pour son doux climat tempéré même en hiver.

Das landwirtschaftliche Unternehmen Spridda hat seinen Namen von dem Ort an dem es sich befindet, der nur wenige Kilometer vom Hafen und vom Flughafen Olbias entfernt ist. Es liegt an der S.S. 125 (der orientale-Sarda) Olbia-Palau. Das Unternehmen befindet sich inmitten der grünen Landschaft der Campagne gallurese, einer typischen mediterranen Umgebung in der Myrte und Wachholder die Hauptrollen übernehmen. Die Pension Spridda – ganzjährig geöffnet – hatte seinen Ursprung in der Viehzucht und der Landwirtschaft, welche auch heute noch betrieben werden, um so den Gästen zu ermöglichen die Landestypischen Speisen zu entdecken und zu probieren, zu diesen zählen: Käse, Schinken, Salami, Weine und sehr hochwertige Fleischspezialitäten. Die Brüder Muzzu, die Besitzer, haben seit zwei Jahren ihren Traum verwirklicht: dieses Anwesen wieder zum Leben zu erwecken, um es so auch Personen aus anderen, fernen Ländern zu öffnen. Das antike Gebäude, komplett renoviert, welches 800 erbaut wurde, war einst das Haus des Pfarrers und wird von den Personen aus der Gegend als Ort erinnert, an dem viele Feste und Tanzveranstaltungen an der wolligen Wärme des alten Kamins stattfanden. Es ist von einem charakteristischem Dach aus Wachholderholz gekennzeichnet, von dem aus sie bei einem reichhaltigen Frühstück vom Buffet eine wundervolle Sicht genießen werden können. Nur wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich der neuere Teil, komplett aus Granit und Holz gebaut, in welchem sich die Gästezimmer befinden, die auf einen einladenden Garten blicken, welcher zusammen mit dem Anwesen ein faszinierendes Plätzchen im Grün der Hügel Galluras bildet. Die Gäste werden tagsüber wie in einer Familie aufgenommen, während sie sich Nachts in der warmen Atmosphäre der Zimmer erholen können, wobei sich ihre Sinne in den Düften und des Zaubers der Wachholder verlieren. Die großzügigen Zimmer, die im Stile des Anwesens mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet sind, bieten jeglichen modernen Komfort, den ein Gast wünscht. Alle Zimmer haben einen separaten Eingang und ein eigenes Bad, Klimaanlage, Farbfernseher, Minibar, Bettwäsche und Handtücher und bieten Platz für 2/4 Personen. In der Nähe befinden sich faszinierende archäologische Funde, eines der renommiertesten Weingüter Sardiniens, aber, vor allem für die Liebhaber des Meeres, in nur wenigen Kilometern Entfernung liegt die Costa Smeralda, mit ihren zahlreichen Buchten und Stränden mit dem charakteristisch smaragdgrünen Wasser, welches diese Gegend in der ganzen Welt bekannt gemacht hat, welche nicht zuletzt auch für ihr mildes Klima während der Wintermonate sehr geschätzt ist.
