La Spiaggia Is Arenas di Narbolia è lunga circa 6 chilometri, è ampia e di sabbia dorata ricca di conchiglie. Alle sue spalle si sviluppa una bellissima pineta mediterranea ed una distesa dunale tra le più vaste della Sardegna. Dalla spiaggia inizia la penisola del Sinis, che si estende fino a Marina di Torregrande, nel golfo di Oristano. La spiaggia, spesso ventosa, si affaccia su un bel mare verde, pulito e cristallino, molto frequentato dagli amanti dell'windsurf, da tanti anni è meta privilegiata del turista naturista.
