The hotel is situated at 80 metres from the seashore, not far from the residential area of Siderno. It faces the Ionian Sea and the vast beach of sand and stone known as 'the pearl of the Ionian'. The resort offers a range of services that make it the perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable vacation on the beach. The sea is one of Italy's cleanest. The limpid, crystalline waters caress a serene beach that stretches as far as the eye can see. Between May and September, the inviting Ionian welcomes lovers of cleansing salt water. Some of the services offered are: two tennis courts, semi-Olympic sized, raised swimming pool (25 x 13 metres), five-on-five football, volleyball, basketball, ample parking for cars and buses, an amphitheatre connected to gardens and patio, a boutique, and private beach (fully-equipped). Recently renovated and expanded, the hotel boasts 125 rooms for a total of 250 guests. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, television, mini-bar, telephone and air conditioning. The hotel also includes: two restaurants, a beautifully designed banquet hall, two bars, and conference rooms with a capacity of up to 500 people.

Das Hotel befindet sich 80 m. vom Meer, direkt an den breiten Stränden des Ionischen Meer, genannt "La Perla dello Jonio" und wenige Minuten vom dem Einkaufzentrum in Siderno. Das zahlreiche Dienstleistungsangebot bietet Ihnen einen ausgezeichneten, komfortablen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Das Meer ist eines der saubersten Italiens. Das kristallklare Wasser und die weißen Stränden ermöglichen einen idealen Badeurlaub von Mai bis September. Zwei Tennisplätze, halber olympischer Swimmingpool 25 x 13 groß, Fußballplatz, Volleyball, Basketball, Parkplatz für Auto & Bus, Amphitheater mit Arkaden daneben, Garten, Boutique, privater Strand. Kürzlich vergrößert und renoviert, 125 Zimmer für insgesamt 250 Betten, alle mit Bad, TV, Frigobar, Direktwahltelefon und Klimaanlage. Zwei Restaurantsäle, ein großer Bankettsaal, 2 Bars, mehrere Meetingräume von 20 bis 500 Plätze.
